Third and final race of the Polar Bear Grand Prix.  Four mile run and walk through scenic Cherokee Park, starts at Hogan's Fountain and winds its way along Beargrass Creek to Big Rock Park and back around the Scenic Loop.  Enter just the Snowman Shuffle or make the full commitment to participate in all three races.

Join us on January 6, 2024 for the FROZEN4 Mile Run and 2 Mile Walk at Ephram White Park - 885 Mt. Olivet Road, Bowling Green

FROZEN4 will be run at the following times:

8:30am - 2 MILE WALK ONLY

9:00am - 4 MILE RUN ONLY

Runners can run or walk, BUT walkers can only walk!!

ALL paid participants will receive a hoodie.....

HOWEVER, to be guaranteed a hoodie at packet pick-up,

you must register by December 10th!!

Proceeds from the FROZEN4 will go to the family of Grant McAlister

for financial assistance of medical bills.

Louisville Slugger Field

A four mile run/walk through beautiful Waterfront Park (click here for course map) in the morning and a baseball game that evening.  What a perfect way to spend a summer Saturday.  All registrants receive their choice of a cotton blend, tech or women's tech tank (only pre-registered will be guaranteed a shirt on race day) or get two for an additional $10.
