Terms & Conditions

Online purchases are shipped on Mondays and Fridays by 3pm via USPS flat rate. Purchases made after 2pm on these days will be shipped out on the next designated ship day. All weekend orders will be shipped on Mondays.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange for another one, be it similar or not. For online returns, please contact us through the contact form on our website or call one of our locations. The returned merchandise, be it in-store or online, must be unused, with tags, free of stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Shoes bought in store must be returned at one of our two locations. Receipt must be present. Online return package needs to include product and a copy of the receipt. After product is received and reviewed payment will be issued back to the original account. Swags is not responsible for return shipping fees.

Defect: A true defect must be done within 60 days of the sale date. A true defect will be determined by manager, Receipt must be present.
