Swags Track Sessions

Once again it is time for Swags Summer Track Sessions. Coached by Swag and Gary Wade. The group meets 7:00 p.m. at Iroquois High School every Tuesday (weather permitting). All ages and abilities welcome. Refreshments provided.

June 16- IHR Pizza pig-out run, meet at the park for a 5k run with pizza and drinks after the race.
