Thanksgiving Day Run

Race Information  

Date:  Thursday, November 26, 2009 9:00 a.m.
Place:  Iroquois Park Amphitheater
Events: 5 mile race and 1.25 mile run/walk
Entry Fee: 

$18.00 before November 19th (midnight)
$25.00 on Nov. 20 and race day

  • No entries accepted after November 20 at midnight

  • Or register in person at Swags up to November 20, 8:00 p.m.

  • No entries accepted at Swags after November 20, 8:00 p.m.

  • Pre-race packet pick-up at Swags Sport Shoes 10:00 am - 8:00 pm November 24 & 25

USATF Certified Course

5 mile race starts at 9:00 am at the tennis courts and proceeds to the top of Iroquois Park. Race then continues around the one-way road and finishes at the Ampitheater.

Water Stops and Splits Called

Each entrant will receive a top-quality long-sleeve T-shirt and entry into drawings.
Shirt size is not guaranteed. Arrive early for best selection.

No race results mailed. Results will be posted at www.iroquoishillrunners.web.iglou.com no later than November 30, 2009.

5 Mile Run Awards 1.25 Mile Run/Walk Awards

Overall

1st, 2nd and 3rd overall, Male and Female 
1st Male and Female Masters (40+)
Will receive a pair of running shoes from Swags (a $100 value)

Age Group Awards

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group

14-under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,
45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

Each entrant will receive a top-quality long-sleeve T-shirt and entry into prize drawings. Shirt size not guaranteed. Arrive early for best selection.

Overall

1st place overall, male and female

I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the competition of the event.
